You will receive this message when you are trying to automatically replace a Typequick licence key. This message will appear if the licence key you are entering has already be replaced. You will need to contact Typequick direct on +61 (0)2 8467 9777 to have the licence key replaced. If you have already gone through this process, you may be trying to activate a program that does not correspond with the original licence key supplied with the product you purchased. Check you are running the program that corresponds to the licence key you originally purchased.
