When entering the 20 alpha numeric licence key, check you have not entered any spaces. The only letters that are used in any of the keys issued are from A to F. Zero is used instead of the letter O. Number 1 is used instead of the letter L
You can enter the licence key without dashes and the letters can be in upper or lower case.
