Typequick Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Typequick Pty Limited, ABN 85 002 912 432

Typequick offers a "14-day return" policy on all unopened products. We also offer a return policy on products that are "Damaged in Transit", "Incorrectly Shipped", "Dead on Arrival" or through our "30 day Guarantee". We also offer a "3-month exchange" policy for products incorrectly purchased.

This Returns Policy should be read in conjunction with Typequick's Terms and Conditions of purchase. Carefully read all return policies outlined below before making your purchase.

This Returns Policy is NOT intended for Wholesalers or Resellers of Typequick products. Wholesalers and Resellers have their own return policy not stated here.

Return Procedure

All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation (RA) Number before they can be returned.

To obtain a Return Authorisation Number contact Typequick by telephone on +612 8467 9777 or by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

You will need to supply the following information from your invoice or existing software before we can issue a Return Authorisation Number;

  • Name and contact details
  • Date of purchase
  • Version Number
  • Barcode number (6-8 digit number found on back or bottom of box) OR
  • Software Serial Number (found on the disk or CD) OR
  • Licence Key (found on the back of CD envelope)
  • Invoice, Order number or Receipt (if you have it)
  • Reason for your return

It is the customer's responsiblity that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping unless otherwise stated.

The original software must be returned with the RA whether it is for replacement or for a credit.

The RA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. The package should be addressed to;

Typequick accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to Typequick.

Faulty, Damaged in Transit or Incorrectly Shipped products

If you receive a product that has been damaged or has been incorrectly shipped or is faulty on arrival, contact Typequick immediately.

You will be issued with a RA number.

Package and address the product in accordance with the "Return Procedure" above.

If it is determined that the product does fall under the catagories "Damaged in Transit", "Incorrectly Shipped" or "Dead on Arrival" a replacement will be shipped.

14-day return policy for Unopened Products

If you wish to return your product within 14 days you may do so.

Typequick is only able to credit a customer who purchased directly through Typequick. If the purchase was made through a reseller, the product should be returned to the reseller.

Contact Typequick to be issued with a RA number.

Package and address the product in accordance with the "Return Procedure" above. Proof of purchase must be included with the returned software.

You will incur the cost of shipment.

Three-month exchange policy for Unopened Products

If you purchased a product that you find does not suit your system requirements and you wish to exchange the product for another Typequick product or version you may do so within 3 months of original purchase.

No refund will be entered into unless the return falls under another of our return policies.

Contact Typequick to be issued with a RA number.

Package and address the product in accordance with the "Return Procedure" above.Proof of purchase must be included with the returned software.

Typequick 30 day Guarantee

If within 30 days of purchase and after completing all Typequick lessons, you have not improved your keyboard skills, then simply return the TYPEQUICK materials, a printed statement of proficiency, your purchase receipt with name and contact details, and the reasons for your dissatisfaction to Typequick. We will give you a full refund or any PC touch typing program priced up to twice the cost of the TYPEQUICK course.

Upgrade

If you wish to upgrade your Typequick software contact Typequick to be issued with a RA number.

You will be subject to the Upgrade price at that time.

Package and address the product in accordance with the "Return Procedures" above. The original software must be returned.
